Welcome to the Residents Association.
The Woodside Square Residents Association exists to promote the interests of the residents of Woodside Square and to arrange social activities.
The Association discusses issues that affect the estate and represents the views of its residents. Issues include such topics as snagging, trees and gardens, parking and service charges.
The WSRA was established in 2018 and is open to all residents of Woodside Square regardless of property or tenure, It has a constitution (which can be found here) and is recognised by its freeholder, Anchor Hanover. A small annual subscription of £5 per property is charged to cover costs. WSRA members have access to the entire content of the WSRA website as opposed to the limited information available to the general public. In addition an occasional newsletter is sent to all residents. To join and sign up for website access please contact the WSRA secretary at davidking125@btinternet.com.
Members of the Committee
The Association has four officers – Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary and Treasurer – along with a number of other committee members. The officers and committee are elected at the Annual General Meeting (September/October) and further meetings are held throughout the year.
A full list of committee members, lead roles and working groups is available to Members of the Association here.
Social Activities
The WSRA organises informal, social functions in the Common House. More information about these can be found here.
