Welcome to the Residents Association.
The Woodside Square Residents Association exists to promote the interests of the residents of Woodside Square and to arrange social activities.
The Association exists to discuss issues that affect the estate, and to represent the views of residents living in it. So far these issues have included snagging, trees and gardens, parking, service and heating charges.
The WSRA was established in 2018 and is open to all residents of Woodside Square regardless of property or tenure. It has a constitution (which can be found here) and is recognised by Anchor Hanover (the freeholder). Membership is open to all residents and a small annual subscription of £10 per property is charged to cover costs.
The Association works with the joint venture that developed Woodside Square – a partnership between Anchor Hanover, the freeholder and managers of the estate and Hill, who were responsible for construction.
An occasional newsletter is sent to all residents.

A full list of Committee Members and Working Groups is available to Members of the Association here.
