Our Next Library Evening will be on Thursday 17th September 6-8p.m. in The Common House.
Our guest speaker will be Gill Simpson, who has made a detailed, historical study of the North Bank area of Muswell Hill. She will be running an interactive workshop titled:-
“A window on life in Victorian Muswell Hill through the stories of the residents of North Bank”
(North Bank on Pages Lane is a fine early Victorian villa with estate –and now has the Methodist Church adjoining).
As usual your own reading recommendations and book swaps would be most welcome. The Honesty Bar will be available for drinks or bring your own.
These evenings are open to all residents and we look forward to seeing you there.
