There will be a Library evening from 6pm till 8pm on Friday 31st March in the Common House. At the meeting Gillian Lathey, a resident on the estate, will give a talk on ‘Picture Books’ in which she will reveal how authors and artists delight, surprise and challenge readers and viewers of all ages. Before retirement Gillian taught an MA course on children’s literature at the University of Roehampton, London.
Do join us and as usual bring along your own refreshments if you wish or make a donation for a glass of wine.
