Our next Library Evening will be on Thursday 26th March from 6-8pm in The Common House.
Since Paul Preston’s talk at our last evening, we thought we would further explore the genre of biographies. We would be particularly interested in your personal recommendations and opinions on this area in general, both from the authors’ and the recipients’ perspective.
We have devised another quiz related to the subject for those who want to have a go!
As usual, there will be a book swap and your own recommendations of any recent reads will be most welcome.
Feel free to bring your own drinks but there will be wine and soft drinks available with a contribution to the honesty bar.
These evenings are open to all residents.
